Erin was raised in St Louis, Missouri. She has exclusively practiced immigration law since 2009. She opened EMC Immigration Law, LLC, in 2015, after returning to St Louis to be closer to family. Throughout her career, Erin has focused on assisting families to bring their loved ones to the U.S. through the consular process or through the adjustment of status process in the United States, successfully defended immigrants from deportation, and assisted businesses to fill labor needs and grow through legal immigration processes. She has argued in front of the Immigration Courts and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Immigration Project. She is proficient in Spanish and English.
