Haley Millner grew up in St. Louis and has been an Associate Attorney at EMC Immigration Law since April 2022. She manages the firm’s family-based immigration and humanitarian caseload. Before joining EMC, she practiced immigration law in California at a private firm. Haley earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her law degree from Stanford University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is deeply committed to providing holistic, client-centered representation that meets individuals where they are and responds to their unique needs. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside and advocate for so many remarkable individuals and families through her practice.
